1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent) to create an account. The service is intended for Indian Hindu matrimony use.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. All biodata content is yours and you are responsible for its accuracy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent biodata information.
• Do not upload another person's biodata without their consent.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase of ₹99. It unlocks premium features for your account for the lifetime of the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

Shaadi Biodata is a tool to create biodata documents. We do not act as a matchmaker or matrimony service and make no guarantees about matrimonial outcomes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
